Meet your Media Specialist!
My name is Beverly H. Wilson. I am in my third term as the MHS library media specialist, having previously served from 2003 to 2006 at the old high school. This is my 28th year in the McCormick County School District. During my time here I've taught Music, Spanish, Academically Gifted and in 2000 became a Library Media Specialist. I have served at all three schools. In 2011 I earned my National Board Certification. After retiring in June 2018, MHS needed me again so I came back on a part time basis.
My focus is to provide books, information and research assistance to the teachers and students at McCormick High School, and also to ensure that the students and teachers in our district have the tools they need to deliver and receive an education grounded in 21st century skills.
