Mrs. Becky James

Hello and welcome to Business Education.  My name is Mrs. James and I am very excited to have this wonderful opportunity to be a part of your students learning experience.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Columbia College, Columbia, MO.  I have worked in different positions in the corporate world and this will be my second year teaching. I decided to go into teaching because I wanted to be a part of making a difference for students by encouraging and helping them to realize their overall potential.  I am most ecstatic to share my knowledge and professional skills with students.  

It is my overall goal to create a classroom environment that is welcoming, respectful, creative, and collaborative. My students will learn everything from keyboarding and computer technology to financial literacy, employability and interpersonal skills.  I look forward to the fun learning we are going to have together.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach me via email at jamesr@mccormick.k12.sc.us.
