Dr. Dowis is in her 35th year of education where she has served as a special education teacher (15 years), a district-level administrator (17 years), and an education consultant for the past 3 years.

Degrees:  Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Clemson University; Administration & Supervision, Clemson University; M.A. in Education, Furman University; B.A. in Elementary Education and Special Education, Clemson University.
