Fall is in the Air

This week we are beginning a new study: bread. This study is especially fun during the holiday season. Please, remind me of any food allergies. I can hardly wait.

THE END

We are learning about the parts of a story. We have discovered that the beginning of a story usually had 3 elements: the setting, characters and problem. The author sets up the story, so the rest of the story makes sense. The end of the story shows us that the problem has been solved.

This week, we will work on the middle of the story. Most of us enjoy this part of the story the best. This is where the action is!
