Mrs. Sanders

This is my fourth year at McCormick Elementary and my second year teaching third grade! I've been teaching for seven years total. I'm very excited about this school year and transitioning into the new way of learning with virtual education. I graduated high school from Crescent in 2009 in Iva, SC. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood add-on in 2013 from Anderson Univeristy. Since then I have also gotten certified to teach gifted and talented students. My husband Jessie and I have been married for 6 years this September! We have one daughter, her name is Melody Rose Sanders, Mellie for short and she is our world. I have three cats: Hershey, Purrl and Tiggy. I also have one dog named Daisy. I love Disney painting, and reading (when I can find the time)!
