Mary Bock

Reading is my passion!  I am excited I have the opportunity to share my love of reading and books with the students at McCormick Elementary School. 

 

I have taught for over 30 years in four states: Kansas, Georgia, New Jersey, and now South Carolina. My work experience has mainly been with elementary grades, usually as a teacher of English/Language Arts. I earned my degrees and certifications from the University of Tulsa, Oregon State University, and Georgia Southern University. Gooooo EAGLES!

 

My husband, John, and I have been married for over 30 years and have two sons. Kyle and my daughter-in-law, Sarah, reside in Atlanta with my grandpup, Hank, a Corgi. Our youngest son, Neil, resides and works in Augusta. The baby of our family is our miniature schnauzer, Holly, who is very spoiled.
