Mrs. Doris Power

This is my first-year teaching, I am a Multi-age Special Service Teacher at McCormick Elementary School. I have been working for education for 15 years as a paraprofessional in Abbeville County School District. I am a 2015 graduate of Lander University with a degree in Special Education Multicategorical k-12.

I love teaching, I get joy out of helping others learn, especially those who struggle with learning. I truly believe everyone can learn in their own special way. 

 I am married, and I have three adult children. I also have a beautiful grandson, DeJaivion who is the love of my life.  I am excited to be joining McCormick Elementary School staff! I look foreword to getting to know my students. In my spare time I love to read and spend time with my family.
